Lost and Found

Lost and Found at the Residential Hall Service Desks

Every Residential Hall has a lost and found that's managed by the Residential Service Desk (RSD) staff. Found items are logged in at the service desks. At the end of the semester, unclaimed items are delivered to UMPD. Check with the Residential Hall Service Desk if you lost an item and complete our Lost Property Webform.

If you found an item, you may bring it to any RSD or to UMPD.

Lost UCards and Room Keys

Students who have lost their UCard or room key should go to their Residential Hall Service Desk. They will issue a new back-up key until the locks are changed. Employees should see their building contact.

Stolen Items

Use Online Incident Reporting for items stolen valued at less than $250. For items over $250, contact UMPD.
