Documents may be picked up or dropped off at Financial Aid Services from 11am to 3pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Students and families should use this option only if their documents cannot be completed via fax or email. Visitors should enter using the doors on the west side of the Whitmore Building. Metered parking is available in lot 71, also on the west side of the building.
Note that our “in person” hours are intended for document drop off and pick up only. Financial Aid counseling services and customer service continue to be available via phone, email, and Zoom but will not be offered face-to-face in Whitmore.
Visitors coming to the office must abide by the CDC’s COVID-19 prevention guidelines. This includes wearing a mask at all times while on campus and maintaining a distance of at least 6 feet from other people. More information on the CDC’s COVID-19 prevention guidelines.
