About GenRevv
GenRevv is a digital consulting firm founded by two recent graduates that specializes in marketing strategy and digital product development.

The company’s primary verticals include social media influencers, performance/business coaches, and real estate businesses.

Since the company’s inception in September of 2020, it has grown substantially and now has a team of 10 including the actively working founders.

GenRevv’s clients have generated nearly $600,000 in new revenue as a result of the team’s services and that number continues to grow daily.

Serving clients is the core of GenRevv’s business model, but the company is also working on internal initiatives like an influencer management SaaS product and a premium newsletter and community.

About the Role:
We are seeking a full time Marketing Operations Intern to support day to day business activities and help develop long term operational improvements in our business. In this role you would work with numerous clients on various marketing campaigns that may include and are not limited to social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing.

In addition to these campaigns, you would get your hands dirty and fill resource gaps by delivering client work across multiple unique and creative projects. If you thrive in a faced paced environment or want to experience what working for a startup is like, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee client projects and manage resources against engagement specifications to ensure high quality and timely execution of work

-Serve as primary point of contact for clients and ensure that all requests are in scope, assigned to a resource, and tracked accordingly

-Deliver on client work when there is a resource gap

-Analyze existing engagements and identify opportunities to improve profitability via upsells to new services or eliminating operational inefficiencies

-Review all GenRevv internal processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement or investment

-Assist with any ad hoc day to day operations and projects

-Serve as extension of founding team throughout all aspects of the business

Requirements:
-Ability to work remotely
-Managed a team of greater than 5 people
-High technology proficiency
-Ability to learn quickly via free resources and execute based on new knowledge
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Interest in entrepreneurship/start-ups
-Highly independent worker that takes initiative and figures things out
-Comfortable in fast paced environments and changing circumstances
-Highly responsive to client and internal communications
-Hyper organized and constantly improving

Nice to Have:
-B2B client facing experience (sales, agency, etc.)
-Experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
-Experience with Monday.com, Slack
-Experience with Zapier or Integromat
-Adobe Creative Suite or Canva experience
-Sales experience
-Experience working with VAs

The Internship:
-Flexible start date, ideally 6/1 full time, but willing to begin part time earlier

Compensation:
$20-$24 per hour depending on experience
