Job Description: The Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for the hospitality needs of touring productions as part of the Fine Arts Center’s presenting season.

Rate of pay is $11 hourly. Credit may also be available.

Both fall and spring semester availability needed. Frequent Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 4pm to 10pm+. Availability for every performance is required.

Duties required:
~ Contact tour managers and agents.
~ Place catering and take-out orders along with local food shopping.
~ Set backstage area with a professional attitude and attention to detail.
~ Be available on-site from artist arrival time through to post-show in order to handle any issues that may arise and for post-show clean-up.

Must have access to a car, work well independently, and have strong interpersonal skills. Variable hours based on performance schedule, about 70-80 hours per semester.

Position is for 2018-'19 academic year. Decision will be made mid-April.
