The Westfield Homeless Cat Project is a non- profit 501(c)3 cat rescue completely staffed by volunteers and based in Westfield, MA. We are approved and registered with the Massachusetts Department of Agriculture and all of our cats are rescues that have been abandoned, abused, surrendered, or just simply left to die.

Womanshelter/Compañeras is a place where all those fleeing from an unsafe situation are welcome. Holyoke-based, the organization provides confidential shelter and community-based services to those who need it most: women, children, and men.

We provide direct aid, rights awareness and leadership education, vocational skills training and income generation support to women survivors of war, conflict and civil strife.

Sometimes leaders forge a path largely on their own, but usually they tap the support of others to propel themselves forward. 

Workshop13 is a non-profit cultural arts and learning center in Ware. We offer classes and workshops in fine arts and crafting, photography, ceramic arts, and personal growth. Scholarships for children with financial need are offered through referrals from local school teachers and caseworkers. We also host monthly open mic nights, concerts, and we offer a great venue for private events. Workshop 13 includes the ArtWorks Gallery and ClayWorks, a pottery studio, which are revitalizing downtown Ware.
