Acupuncture:

• Tuesdays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Administration:

• Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Eye Care and Optical Services: 

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

General Medicine Clinics:

• Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Laboratory:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Open until 5 p.m. during intersession, with phlebotomy services until 4:30 p.m.)
• Saturday and Sunday, 11 a.m to 4:30 p.m. (Closed on weekends during intersession)

Nutrition:

• Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. via telehealth

Patient Accounts/Billing:

• Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• The Patient Accounts/Billing staff are working remotely. To reach us, please call 413-577-5256. Listen to the menu and select the option that includes your health insurance.
• Staff are checking messages throughout the day and are avilable to assist patients with any questions they may have.
