Fall 2020 Hours
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the UCard Office will provide support remotely by phone and email with the exception of card pick-ups, which will take place on an appointment basis.
Phone (413.545.0197) and email (firstname.lastname@example.org) support will be available Monday-Friday, from 08:30 am to 05:00 pm
Appointments to pick up cards can be made for Monday-Friday from 10:00 am to 03:00 pm at https://www.umass.edu/ucard/content/scheduling-appointment-pick-your-card-2.
INITIAL UCARDS: Prior to scheduling an appointment, customers looking to obtain their initial UCards should ensure that they have uploaded their photos at https://www.umass.edu/ucard/content/ucard-photo-upload, and that their photos were approved.
REPLACEMENT UCARDS: Prior to scheduling an appointment, customers looking to obtain replacement UCards shoudl ensure that they have submitted their replacment card requests at https://www.umass.edu/ucard/content/getting-replacement-card-during-covid-19.
Appointments may be cancelled if the above prerequisites are not met.
Appointments are available every 5 minutes from 10:00am - 03:00pm.
Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to be guaranteed.

Normal Business Hours
The UCard Office is open Monday through Friday, 08:30am to 05:00pm. The UCard is closed Saturday, Sunday, and most holidays.

The UCard Office will be closed the following dates during the 2020-2021 school year:
- Labor Day: September 7, 2020
- Columbus Day: October 12, 2020
- Veterans' Day: November 11, 2020
- Thanksgiving: November 26 & 27, 2020*
- Christmas - New Years: Dec 25, 2020 - Jan 1, 2021*
- Presidents Day: February 15, 2021
- Patriot's Day: April 19, 2021
- Memorial Day: May 31, 2021
- Independence Day: July 4, 2021
*If you have an urgent need for assistance on November 27 (day after Thanksgiving) or December 26-27 during the week between the Christmas and New Year holidays, call (413) 545-0197, and choose option #0. Although the office will be closed, someone will be covering the phones during those days.
Please note that the entire campus is closed on November 26; December 25, 30, & 31; and January 1. There is no phone support available on these days.
