Submitting your UCard Photo

Incoming Spring 2025 students should submit their photos as early as possible, but only after they have paid their deposits. 

Photos should be submitted by January 6, 2025.

When and Where to Receive your UCard

Domestic Students who Submit Approved Photos by January 6th:

• Domestic students (including international students with domestic permanent addresses in SPIRE), who submit approved UCard photos by January 6th, will receive their UCards in the mail at their permanent addresses in SPIRE.
• These UCard will be mailed out during the second week of January.

All Other Students:

• International students (wihout domestic permanent addesses in SPIRE) and any other students who did not receive a UCard already, will pick up their UCards when they come to campus in the spring.

UCard Office Support and Pick Up Hours for Move in Week:

• Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Moving in Without a UCard:

• Students living on-campus in the spring, who cannot pick up their UCard when they move in, will need to go to their Residential Service Desks to get temporary door access cards, until they can get their UCards.
