Tutorial Program
The UALRC provides free tutorial services to affiliated students. UALRC tutors represent diverse ethnic and linguistic backgrounds, and have expertise in a wide array of academic disciplines. Students with limited English proficiency can request a tutor who speaks their native language.

Frequently Asked Questions about the Tutorial Program
How do I request a tutor?
First, become an affiliate of the UALRC, then fill out a Tutor Request form in the back office of the UALRC; it only takes a few minutes. Most requests are filled within a few days.
Who are the tutors?
Undergraduate students who have been successful in the course or subject area that you are requesting help with. Many of our tutors are fluent in more than one language.
When and where will I meet my tutor?
Tutoring sessions are arranged between tutors and students, for a time and place convenient to both.
