Effective Dates--Monday, December 26, 2022 - Friday, February 3, 2023
Available Lots and Cost
The following lots WILL BE available for sale during Winter Session
Lots: 11, 12, 13, 22, 24, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31, 33, 41, 44, 45, 46, 49, 65, 66, 67, 68.
PRICES: Red Lots = $75 / Green, Blue, Purple = $65 / Yellow = $55.
The following lots WILL NOT be available for sale during Winter Session
Lots: 23, 27, 28, 32, 34, 39, 36, 42, 43, 47, 48, 50, 52, 54, 62, 63, 64, 71, 72 & Upper Garage.
Please Note:
Availability is limited. Permits will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.
Winter Session Parking Policy – 12/26/2022 through 02/03/2023
Anyone with a current year long UMass parking permit will be allowed to park in any Yellow, (11, 12, 13), Purple, (22, 28, 44, 49), or green (25, 26, 33) lot at no extra charge. PLEASE NOTE: LOT 27, 34 & UPPER GARGE is not available for Winter Session Parking.
Snow Policy – 12/01/2022 through 04/01/2023
Parking in Green Lots from 1am until 7am is prohibited and vehicles are subject to tow. A copy of the full campus parking Snow Policy
