There are a variety of resources and options that will support any member of the campus community who experiences gender discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual violence, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, or other sexual misconduct. These resources are available regardless of whether a report is filed.
Cyberstalking, cyberbullying, revenge porn, and other forms of sexual harassment and sex-based misbehavior associated with the internet or technology are forms of discrimination and harassment covered under Title IX.
Title IX prohibits educational institutions from discriminating against pregnant students based upon their marital status and cannot discriminate against a student because of childbirth, false pregnancy, or recovery from related conditions.
The university’s protections and procedures regarding certain forms of prohibited misconduct, including sexual misconduct, will apply on and off campus, including to international programs, study abroad opportunities, and university sponsored trips.
