Recent film design credits include the apocalypse in Brooklyn thriller Bushwick premiering at Sundance 2017, The Breaks, chronicling the rise of the hip hop industry in 1990, and Complete Unknown, a Sundance premiere starring Rachel Weisz, who plays 9 different versions of herself.  Other film credits include The Last Five Years with Anna Kendrick and Jeremy Jordan, Mike Birbiglia's Sleepwalk With Me, Abel Ferrara's Welcome to New York and The Wannabe directed by Nick Sandow starring Patricia Arquette and Vincent Piazza. Ciera's work was also seen in American Genius, an 8 part mini-series chronicling rivalries between American inventors from the 1840's to the 2000's on the National Geographic Channel.  Commercial and music video work includes Yahoo TV, Facebook, Nickelodeon, American Express, Amazon Fire, Colgate, Toyota, Donna Karen Hosiery and the History Channel as well as the optical illusion-filled OK Go music video The Writing's on the Wall.  Before returning to New York to complete her MFA at Tisch (2008) she spent 4 years in Belgium and Japan designing for theater.
