Anna-Maria Goossens is the Department of Theater Public Relations Director as well as the House Manager. In her over 20 years with the department, she has crafted digital and print communications such as season brochures, banners, press releases, posters, radio spots, and print advertising, as well as overseeing the department's web and social media presence. Her duties also include donor cultivation, community outreach, and audience education. She advises and mentors students working on internships or independent studies in public relations. She also manages the department's front-of-house operations for department public events.
