We invite you to see a live demo/training and learn more about how Intellus Learning can help with your pedagogical and/or affordability goals on Thursday, May 23rd at 2:00 - 4:00 pm room 608 Goodell.
As part of our eCampus course adoption tool the University has recently partnered with Intellus Learning which provides a platform for faculty to quickly and easily discover, organize, and adopt free digital content such as open educational resources (OER) and library materials, to supplement or replace current course materials. OER materials can provide a substantial cost savings for students. While faculty are often interested in using OER it can sometimes be challenging to find appropriate materials and to evaluate how students actually use these materials. The Intellus Learning tool may make it easier for faculty to access OER materials and and to share this content with students directly through Blackboard and Moodle. Addtionally, Intellus includes options for instructors to can gain real-time insights on student engagement with this content so that faculty can monitor what resources are being used in their courses. Registration is requested but not required.
