Co-Curricular Activities

Co-curricular programming offers students the opportunity to become actively involved in leading sustainability efforts on campus, while providing pertinent on-the-ground content knowledge to enrich and inform their studies.

Eco-Rep Program

Eco-Rep Program is focused on working toward environmental literacy and leadership both within the program and on the campus at large.

Permaculture Gardening

Students gain hands-on experience maintaining the UMass Amherst Permaculture Gardens.

Sustainability Fellowship

Sustainability Fellows are hired to focus on a specific aspect of sustainability on campus and receive hands-on experience working with campus staff.
