Needing extra support during your time in college is common. Friends, relatives, and advisors are all people to lean on when things feel heavy. The Center for Counseling and Psychological Health (CCPH) is also a wonderful resource for all students. If you are feeling like you need help right away or are experiencing a crisis, please reach out for 24-hour crisis support by calling the main CCPH phone line at (413) 545-2337.
