Intense study session
Set a Goal. For 1 to 2 minutes decide what you want to accomplish in your study session.
Study with Focus. For the next 30 to 50 minutes interact with the material - organize, concept amp, summarize, process, re-read, fill-in notes, reflect, etc.
Reward Yourself. Take a break for 10 to 15 minutes. Walk around, get a snack, relax.
Review. Go over, summarize and wrap-up what you just studied for 5 minutes.
