Your Financial Support Team
Office of the Bursar
The Office of the Bursar oversees information and processes related to tuition and fees, billing and bill payment, and taxes. Throughout your time at UMass, be in touch with the Office of the Bursar if you have any questions, at all, about your bill or the process of paying it.
Financial Aid Services
Financial Aid Services will guide you and support you when navigating financial aid, scholarships, work study, student employment, and cost calculation. The Financial Aid Services website has a ton of resources that staff are happy to help you make the most of.
Dean of Students Office
The Dean of Students Office provides support when students are experiencing financial stress. Micro-grants, short-term loans, and campus supply closets are available to students who need them!

Log into SPIRE and navigate to Main Menu>Finances>View Financial Aid>My Debt Center. The page will contain information and resources about the student loans you have borrowed while attending UMass.
