FYS: Engineering
The First-Year Seminars in Engineering (ENGIN) are as diverse as the departments that teach them. Topics range from practical applications of engineering (renewable energy and polymer science) to more theoretical and historical approaches. Although some topics might be of more immediate interest to those already in the College of Engineering, no seminar requires any previous background in the field.
