Enjoy a virtual visit with the Bright Spot Therapy Dogs! Register in advance for either the morning or evening session, and get to know the canine “Paw-nelists” who will attend these events

Qigong/Tai Chi in the Garden

Learn simple Qigong exercises that you can practice anywhere. With regular practice, Qigong and Tai Chi can support sleep, strengthen your immune system, and improve overall well-being. Pre-register on IM Leagues for a 30-minute session: 1 to 1:30, 2 to 2:30 or 3 to 3:30. Classes will take place on Zoom if it rains.

DIY Reusable T-shirt Bags

Make your own snazzy reusable bag from an old t-shirt (great for to-go meals or shopping trips!) in this free session with the Res Life sustainability coordinator. We will have t-shirts to choose from or bring your own. Look for the registration tent near the Minuteman statue and sign up for one of three 30 minute sessions.

Enjoy fresh air and conversation on a one-hour walk around campus with UMPD, Campus Recreation, CCPH, and Off Campus Student Center staff, plus Vice Chancellor Brandi Hephner LaBanc and other special guests. Walk all or part of the route, and join us again April 17 (1 p.m. at Central) and April 22 (noon at Student Union).
