Koru Mindfulness offers an introduction to mindfulness in everyday life. In this free, four-session course open to all students*, you will learn the skill of mindfulness and build the habit of using it in your life on a regular basis. Beyond simply decreasing your stress, this course offers an approach for finding greater satisfaction in your daily life.
