2024 Student Union/Worcester Meeting Rooms (RSO's Only): (no food allowed in meeting rooms)
Book a meeting room for up to 36 students using the provided Linktree. Limit of one room per group, per week. Max 3-hour duration for meetings. No "paint nights" or paint-related events allowed. For events, use the form on Campus Pulse
2024 Student Union Event Locations (Department Only): Bookings are made by the Campus Center Events Office by using the form from this LINK. No food is allowed (snacks included) in meeting rooms unless distributed by Campus Center Catering. Form should be sent to, Events Sales Office, ccevents@umass.edu
Student Union Tabling: To book tabling space please use this Linktree. Please note we only provide tabling on weekdays between 10 A.M and 4 P.M. Please note that tabling does not begin until two weeks after the start of school, September 19th
