Off Campus Student Life
Off Campus Student Life provides programming, information, and support to meet the unique needs and concerns of the off campus student by fostering a climate that encourages engagement with campus activities, growth in independent life skills, a positive off-campus living experience, and responsible community membership.
Located in the Student Union, the Off Campus Student Center (OCSC) is a place for students to gather, and take advantage of university activities, resources, and programs.
Disability Services
Disability Services provides appropriate accommodations and direct services to members of the UMass community with all types of disability. The office also provides information and referral on issues of accessibility, as well as training and staff development.
Student Legal Services
The Student Legal Services office is a student-funded law office which provides legal assistance to fee-paying UMass students and student groups. SLSO offers advice and/or referral in most legal matters affecting students, and can assist in identifying and solving legal problems.
Veteran Services
The mission of Veteran Services is to assist veterans, guardsman, reservists and their family members in taking full advantage of all educational benefits available to them as well as assist in the transition from active duty to student life at UMass Amherst. We provide advocacy and have networks of on and off campus resources that benefit this student community.
Veteran Services offers a Drop-in Center for veteran students to relax or study. Regular hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Educational and social events are sponsored throughout the year.
Parent Services
The Office of Parent Services assists parents with questions, helps parents stay in touch with campus happenings and serves as a resource for parents.
Center for Early Education and Care
The Center for Early Education and Care (CEEC) provides quality child care services to the University community.
Student Parent Programs
The Student Parent Programs is dedicated to maintaining a welcoming and supportive environment that enchances the lives of the diverse mix of families who live, work and student at UMass.
