Campus Life and Wellbeing, Recreation and Wellbeing, and University Health Services invite you to participate in the National College Health Assessment (NCHA), open now through November 25. We’re striving for 100% participation!
What is the NCHA?
The National College Health Assessment (NCHA) is a nationwide survey conducted by the American College Health Association (ACHA). It collects data on a wide range of health and wellness topics affecting college students, including physical health, mental health, substance use, nutrition, exercise, sleep, sexual health, and more.

Quick Facts
- The survey is confidential and voluntary—your responses are only shared in aggregate, never individually.
- It takes about 20 to 30 minutes to complete.
- Topics include sleep, exercise, mental health, and more.
