Check-in Instructions
New Students and Returning Students who Do Not Have Their Key
Newly Admitted Students ONLY: Before you arrive to campus, please log in to SPIRE under Housing > Move-In/Move-Out > Move-In Reservation/Key Agmt to sign your Key Agreement. Students who have not signed their key agreement may experience delays when they arrive to campus.

Students who are Returning to the Same Assignment and Have Their Key
Beginning Sunday, January 19 at 8:00 a.m., returning students can log in to SPIRE under Housing > Move-In/Move-Out > Self Service Check-In and verify that you have the correct key. By completing Spring Check-In, students are verifying that you plan to live on campus for spring. Students who are not sure that they are returning to campus are encouraged to wait until they are sure they are returning before completing this form. Students who do not complete this form by 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 29 may have their assignment canceled as a No-Show and will be subject to the cancelation fee schedule.
Please Note: Some keys have a 'floating' letter, which can be found either above or below the key code. If all letters and numbers are on your key, then you have the correct key. Please only mark the key code as 'wrong' if the letters and numbers do not match. If you are a returning student who has lost their key over Winter Break, you will need to go to your Service Desk to request a backup key and recore.
