Break Housing
James is a First-Year Break Housing Option. As a Break Housing Hall, students who specifically request Break Housing accommodations will automatically be charged the Break Housing Rate. Students who did not specifically request Break Housing will be expected to vacate during Thanksgiving, Wintersession, and Spring Break periods. James residents who wish to remain over break periods can contact Residential Life Student Services to make a request. Students who are approved will be billed the additional fee per semester break housing fee.

Corner Rooms in Southwest Towers come with the beds set up in a bunked position, since this is the most popular way students arrange these rooms. Although bunking beds is the most popular arrangement, students are free to arrange their furniture to suite their preferences. Planning to loft one or both beds instead?
