Fall Visit Day is an opportunity for prospective students and families to visit UMass Amherst on a Sunday, during the heart of our Fall foliage season.
Stockbridge will be hosting an Open House event that includes an information session about Stockbridge, followed by walking tours of our greenhouses, gardens, labs, and other spaces.
The purpose of the event is to help prospective students decide where they will apply for college, and to do so in time for the Early Action application deadline.
The Early Action application deadline is November 5, 2023, three weeks after this event. About half of our admission slots are awarded to Early Action applicants, so we encourage you to apply by this date if possible.
The Regular Action application deadline is January 15, 2024. The advantage of a Regular Action application is that you can include your Fall senior grades.
