Danielle Corrado, an MPPA student at the UMass School of Public Policy, has published an article in @FoodInsight about the importance of pollinators such as bees and butterflies to our food system.

Corrado is interning this summer at the Washington, D.C.-based International Food Information Council Foundation, supported by a 2017 Keel Fellowship.

Corrado came to SPP from Cornell University, where she majored in food science. She is now focusing on food policy at UMass and had a research assistantship this past year with Dr. Fergus Clydesdale and his UMass Center for Foods for Health and Wellness.

Keel Fellowships are made competitively available each summer to SPP students through the generosity of UMass alumna Kristen Keel (BS '88, MPA '92).
