February 6, 2015

The Department of Nutrition, the UMass Students in Graduate Nutrition (SIGN), the UMass Nutrition Association (UMNA), and the UMass Kinesiology Club present a talk by sports nutritionist Matt Ruscigno, MPH, RDN, on Monday, February 23, 2015, at 5:00 PM in the Campus Center Room 162-65.

He is the past Chair of the Vegetarian Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the co-author of No Meat Athlete and the best-selling cookbook Appetite for Reduction. This past fall, he was one of the featured speakers at the 1st Annual Plant-based Prevention of Disease National Conference. Matt is also co-creator and host of Strongest Hearts, a video documentary series on plant-based athletes.
