Master of Science (M.S.) Scholar Program

The Department of Kinesiology is pleased to offer a "Fast-track" admission program for current UMass kinesiology undergraduate students into the non-thesis granting Master of Science (M.S.) Kinesiology program.

Students who meet and maintain the following:

  • Undergraduate degree in kinesiology;
  • A 3.3 average GPA in Anatomy & Physiology I & II and earning a “B+” or better in two-of-four 400-level KIN core courses
  • Maintenance of a 3.4 overall grade point average

will receive notification of their acceptance to the program.
