Jennifer Navaroli, who earned her Master of Public Health in Nutrition at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2018, has joined Acton, Massachusetts-based Middlesex Digestive Health & Endoscopy Center. The center specializes in the evaluation, diagnosis and management of digestive diseases.

Epidemiology alumna Dr. Maryanne C. Bombaugh ‘79MS, past president of the Massachusetts Medical Society, a gynecologist at the Community Health Center of Cape Cod and a veteran of the United States military, has been honored by the Massachusetts Medical Society as the 2021 recipient of the Woman Physician Leadership Award. The honor recognizes outstanding leadership and contributions to patients and the medical profession by a woman physician.

The New Hampshire Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics has named Kristen Chulada, RDN, LD, CSSD as its 2021 Recognized Young Dietitian. Chulada, who completed her Dietetic Internship at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2016, is the campus dietitian at Southern New Hampshire University.

William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board. The recipients will travel abroad as English teaching assistants or to perform research projects they designed.
