The Rivas Language Resource Center is located in 403 Herter Hall. It runs during the academic calendar, from the second week of classes to the last day of classes. It will be closed during academic and university closings, and is not open on Reading Day and during Finals Week. The Language Resource Center is for Spanish and Portuguese students.
Tutors are instructors who can help with questions related to class work and homework from our program's classes.
Conversation sessions are 50-minute instructor-guided small group conversation periods. Instructors have attendance forms for those needing them to complete their required conversation hours.
On the schedule below you can see the classes each facilitator has experience teaching. Note that conversation sessions appear in purple, and tutoring sessions appear in green.
No appointment is needed to attend. Walk in at your convenience! (conversations may be capped at 10 participants)
