UMass Amherst has a featured story about the Center for Employment Equity, founded and co-directed by Professor Donald Tomaskovic-Devey, along with Professor Lee Badgett and Professor Fidan Kurulus of the economics department.

Launched in 2018, the CEE works to provide scientifically careful analyses and curated data to citizens, employers, and policymakers. The CEE website provides open access for anyone to explore analytics on discrimination, employment diversity, and wage inequalities using our state-of-the-art data visualization tools. The center covers a broad range of employment equity topics, including Silicon Valley tech firmsHispanic access to executive jobssexual harassment, and detailed dives on LGBTQ and pregnancy discrimination.

In the feature, Don discusses the CEE's work and what the center has learned studying the state of the country's workplaces over the years.  The full article, including an interview with Don, is available from the UMass News Office.
