Siegel wins ASA Dissertation Research Grant

Graduate student Derek Siegel was awarded the a Research Improvement Grant from the American Sociological Association.  The ASA Doctoral Dissertation Research Improvement Grants (ASA DDRIG) program supports theoretically grounded empirical investigations to advance understanding of fundamental social processes. Derek is one of only a few dozen awardees out of hundreds of applicants.
