Jennifer Lundquist, Professor of Sociology and SBS Senior Associate Dean for Research and Faculty Development, has been selected for the Fall 2021 Distinguished Faculty Lecture Series.

Established in 1974, the annual Distinguished Faculty Lecture is dedicated to acknowledgeing the work of the University's most esteemed and accomplished faculty members.  The lecture series not only honosr individual faculty members and their achievements, but also celebrates the values of academic excellence that we share as a community.

Jennifer delivered her lecture, "Romantic Apartheid? Online Dating as an Agent for Social Change" on October 19, 2021 via Zoom.  At the conclusion of the lecture, she was presented with the Chancellor's Medal, the highest recognition bestowed upon faculty by the campus.
