Join our supportive experts to learn the ins and outs of the IRB for researchers working with human subjects (aka, people).

Our speakers will break down what can feel like a daunting process into its essential ABCs. 

This informal talk with Q&A will feature Professor Lynnette Sievert of the UMass Amherst Institutional Review Board (IRB) and Jorge Guzman, Associate Director, Human Research Protection Office, Research Compliance, UMass IRB.

This session will be useful for both graduate students and faculty. Lunch will be provided.
