Leila Davis is a macroeconomist who studies financialization, profitability, and financial fragility in the U.S. economy.  She is an Associate Professor in the Economics Department at the University of Massachusetts Boston, teaching courses in macroeconomics and money & finance. She received her PhD in Economics from the Department of Economics at UMass Amherst.
