Diego Barcala-Delgado is a Ph.D. student in the Clinical Psychology program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. His research specifically focuses on how work and experiences on the job affect fathers' and mothers' mental health and parenting. Diego specializes in multilevel models and structural equation models using Mplus and SPSS.

Debadatta Chakraborty (she/her/hers) is a PhD candidate in the Department of Sociology and a graduate certificate holder in Advanced Feminist Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Her research interests include global authoritarianism, diasporic community formation, gendered-racial capitalism, critical sociological theory, political economy and culture and media.

Onupurba Das is a PhD candidate in the department of Resource Economics at UMass Amherst. Her research interests lie at the intersection of environment, development and gender. Her current work is looking at the impact of having women in local leadership positions on deforestation in rural India.
