Diego Barcala-Delgado is a Ph.D. student in the Clinical Psychology program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is working with Dr. Maureen Perry-Jenkins on understanding psychosocial policies and other contextual antecedents of fathers' parenting, as well as the outcomes of fathers' parenting for children, partners, and other family members. Diego's research specifically focuses on how work and experiences on the job affect fathers' and mothers' mental health and parenting. 

Diego specializes in multilevel models and structural equation models using Mplus and SPSS.
