Hello everyone, my name is Ava Marino and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to run as your Student Trustee! As someone who has worked within RHA for two years to improve our residential halls, I hope to be an active listener and advocate for the UMass community. I am prepared to fight for issues that students care about, such as tuition hikes, sustainability, and financial transparency of UMass investments. It is my goal to include the student body in choices made by the Board of Trustees through direct outreach, communication with RSOs, and social media.
