The Status of Diversity Council at UMass Amherst makes recommendations affecting the status of minorities on campus, in areas such as recruitment, promotion and salaries, tenure, admissions, financial aid, and the development of programs to reflect the needs of the minority community.

Meetings

The Status of Diversity Council will meet on the following dates during the 2023-24 academic year. All meetings will be from 12-1:30 p.m. and take place via Zoom unless otherwise noted. To attend a meeting being held via Zoom, contact the council chair for the Zoom link.
