The Research Council at UMass Amherst works to advance the research mission of the University, advises the administration on RTF expenditures and reviews, and makes recommendations on research and scholarship-oriented grants and awards.

Research Computing Committee
The Research Computing Committee will review, evaluate, and advise the Research Council and the Campus Administration concerning policies and campus resources that support the various research computing and research data management needs of campus scholarly and academic researchers.
