Charge:
The Information and Communication Technology Council shall review and make recommendations with respect to campus infrastructure, policies, planning, and priorities related to information and communication technologies.
Membership:
Its membership shall be:
(a) Ten Faculty members or Librarians at large, to the extent possible divided between early and middle-cohort technology adopters and representing a diverse cross-section of colleges, schools and departments;
(b) Ten Faculty members appointed by respective deans to represent the College of Natural Sciences, the College of Humanities and Fine Arts, the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences, the Isenberg School of Management, the College of Engineering, the College of Nursing, the College of Information and Computer Sciences, the School of Public Health and Health Sciences, the College of Education, the Commonwealth Honors College, and Continuing and Professional Education;
(c) The Provost or a designee, serving ex officio;
(d) The Chief Information Officer, serving ex officio;
(e) The Vice Chancellor for University Relations or a designee, serving ex officio;
(f) The Vice Chancellor for Research and Engagement or a designee, serving ex officio;
(g) The Associate Provost for Instructional Innovation, serving ex officio;
(h) The Director of the Center for Educational Software Development (CESD), serving ex officio;
(i) The Dean of Libraries or a designee, serving ex officio;
(j) The Director of Administrative Technology or a designee, serving ex officio;
(k) The University Registrar or a designee, serving ex officio;
(l) The Dean of Academic Advising or a designee, serving ex officio;
(m) The Secretary of the Faculty Senate or a designee, serving ex officio, non-voting;
(n) Three graduate students, appointed by the Graduate Student Senate; and
(o) Three undergraduate students, appointed by the Student Government Association.
