The Coalition on Intercollegiate Athletics (COIA) is an alliance of faculty senates from Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) schools that represents a national faculty voice on intercollegiate sports issues. COIA's mission is to "promote academic excellence, integrity and student well-being in intercollegiate athletics." More information is available on the COIA website.
