Project Request Form

In order for the SBS Communications Team to best start your project, we require the following information. Depending on availability of resources and time, we may not be able to accommodate every request, but will try our best.
Revisions
For projects involving design or copywriting, we can only provide 2 rounds of edits and revisions - the first for major edits (design elements, content) and the second for minor edits (typos and minor adjustments). If revisions beyond that are needed, we cannot guarantee meeting your requested deadline.
