Event Planning Guide

UMass has a wide variety of rooms on campus for events of all sizes. Below you'll find information on all types of campus spaces as well as off-campus options for both catering and room reservations.

Consult our UMass Venue Guide for a comprehensive "cheat sheet" of common on-campus event rooms and capacities, and contact Saulo DePaula if you have any questions.

When scheduling an event, double check for conflicts/holidays on the academic calendar and the university events schedule. Once you have a date established, enter it on the university events schedule.

Contact Saulo DePaula to post event on SBS news feed and social media.

On-Campus Catering Options
