Lisa Noble ’76

Lisa Noble’s marketing career spans 25 years. She has held key management positions at prominent consumer products companies including General Mills, RJ Reynolds, DelMonte, Nestle, Farmhouse Foods and Tilia, maker of the FoodSaver. Throughout her career, she has focused on building emerging businesses into share leaders and positioning them for sale to their larger competitors. 

Noble has identified, test marketed, and launched numerous successful new products. She has managed the geographic expansion of regional businesses, and built the identity and awareness of a number of highly recognizable brands including Honey Nut Cheerios, DelMonte, and Farmhouse Foods. Her work has substantially increased the value of several businesses by building their brand awareness and customer base. She is known for her use of creative, and innovative, cost effective consumer marketing techniques. 

Noble received her BA in Political Science 1976 from UMass Amherst, and her MBA in 1979 from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. She is married to Jeff Arnold and they have two sons, Adam and Keith. Originally from Belmont, MA, Noble resides in Orinda, CA, where she enjoys gardening, cooking, and traveling, and when at home frequently hosts casual dinners with friends, and takes early morning walks.
