Emily Pruc

Emily was a graduate student in the Manning College of Information & Computer Sciences at University of Massachusetts Amherst and a member of the Human Robot Systems Laboratory. Her research focuses on using mobile robotic systems to observe human motion. 

She received her B.S degrees in Physics and Chemistry from Brandeis University in 2015. She received her M.S in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2022 while working with Professor Joydeep Biswas in the Autonomous Mobile Robotics Lab (AMRL) at the University of at Austin. 

Outside of the lab, Emily enjoys telemark skiing and hiking the high peaks of the Northeast.
