The University Registrar’s Office now provides virtual support for all students (undergraduate, graduate, non-degree, non-credit) who are enrolling in University+ Session courses.

Our virtual drop-in hours are Mondays through Fridays from 10:00am until 3:00pm.

If you would like to meet with a member of the University+ Session Registration Support team, please review the following bulleted items. Once you have read through them, please click on the Join Meeting Room link below to enter our waiting room and the next available staff member will admit you into the meeting.

  • If you are meeting with us for SPIRE-related issues, please be logged in to your SPIRE account and prepared to share your screen.
  • When you join the waiting room, click on the ‘Test Speaker and Microphone’ link to confirm both are working properly.
  • Be ready to share your 8-digit SPIRE ID with the staff member assisting you.
  • Cameras are not necessary for this meeting, but if you do have a camera, we encourage you to have it turned on and appear on the screen.
  • Students will be admitted into the waiting room one-by-one in the order that they have joined. If at any point you need to leave the waiting room, please complete this callback request form and a staff member will reach out to you as soon as possible.
