If you are requesting a first-time review of a new transcript:

Bring your official transcript or other documentation to the University Registrar's Office, 213 Whitmore.  Your file will be forwarded to the Admissions Office for review by a transfer counselor.

After the review is completed, written confirmation of credit awards will be sent to you.  IMPORTANT: In order to receive transfer credits, you must submit an OFFICIAL transcript or other document.

If you are requesting a revision of previously reviewed Credits:

Bring course descriptions, syllabi, and/or additional information to the University Registrar's Office,
213 Whitmore. Your file will be forwarded to the Admissions Office for review by a transfer counselor.

If You Do Not See Your Credits on SPIRE in Two to Three Weeks:

Call the Admissions Office at (413)-545-0222 to check on the status of your transcript review.  Please mention that it is an INTERNATIONAL evaluation.
